Holding a Master of Education degree from the University of the Philippines, his work reflects a deep passion for Special Education, Community Development, and Social Welfare and Health Care for Special Children.With specialist studies at the University of Oslo and Japan's Asihigawaso Social Welfare Institute, Mr. Mallonga combines global perspectives with local advocacy. A staunch proponent of positive discipline, he collaborates with Save the Children to promote nurturing, effective approaches in education and child development.
