HOW TO APPLY
ONLINE AND ONSITE APPLICATION
- For Online Applicants
- Fill out this online form.
- Our Registrars will get in touch with you within 2-3 working days.
- Walk-In Applicants
- Fill out the Student Application form and submit requirements at the Student Records Office of your chosen campus.
- Pay the Entrance Examination Fee.
- Our registrar will inform you about the date of the Entrance Test and Interview.

- Minimum Requirements
- PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (for Grades 1 and up)
- Recommendation Letter (for Grades 4 and up)
- Additional Requirement for Foreign Students
- Student Visa
- Additional Requirement for Children with Special Needs
- Recommendation from Developmental Pediatrician
ENTRANCE TEST AND INTERVIEW
All student applicants take the standardized Entrance Test for grade level placement and will be interviewed by our Studend Development Staff.
Parents or guardians of the student applicants will also be interviewed to discuss the child's academic history and any health or any other considerations.
CAMPUS VISIT
Our student records personnel can arrange a tour of your chosen campus.
